The Rebuilt of the Locking Plate

Lucky to have the help from Roger Beckmann took measures of his parts together with pics, now I knew how it looks like.
Pic. Roger BeckmannTo assemble these pieces, a piano hinge, 1.5mm copper sheet and 0.5mm aluminum sheet with some 2.5mm rivets.
All cut out carefully and slowly by hand to avoid tiny sharp pieces shooting around and made my wife breeding when step on.
It turned out quiet nice after sealed by autofiller and good primer, the size is a bit different, as the press spring is actually from the Panzer headset, had to raise the high by 3mm.
