While waiting for the parts of the switch, its time for the easy part; the Speech capsule housing. The first rough samples needs a lot of fine turn to be match with the nylon waterproof capsules and the neck band spring.

Spend days to searching for the tiny torsion springs of the switch. Very disappointed of the attitude of local spring shops, some said its can’t be done it’s too tiny.
